Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg fish, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 pieces green chili pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pot and sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the fish and cook for a few minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the coconut milk, green chili pepper, vinegar, and fish sauce.
- Let the mixture simmer for around 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
