The Difference between White & Brown Adlai
Brown Adlai undergoes a type of processing that retains more benefits such as dietary fiber content and protein. Also, it has a nuttier taste compared to White Adlai, which has a taste profile that is more similar to that of white rice.
How to Cook Adlai
Cook Adlai just like regular rice in a pot or in a rice cooker for about 30 to 40 minutes with 1.5 to 2 cups of water for every cup of adlai.
