How to Cook Adlai:
Cook Adlai just like regular rice in a pot or in a rice cooker for about 30 to 40 minutes with 1.5 to 2 cups of water for every cup of this grain. This is so versatile that can be incorporated to a wide variety of recipes like paella, risotto, arroz caldo, chicken rice, etc.
