Ingredients for Alimango:
- 1 lb crab (Alimango)
- 2 cups young jackfruit (Langka), sliced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 2-3 pieces red chili pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
