- 1 kg fish steak (around 1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup calamansi juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, calamansi juice, brown sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic. Set aside a small portion of the marinade for basting later.
