Chicken Whole is the chicken with all parts intact, generally including the giblets stuffed in the cavity. Consists of white and dark meat. Whole chickens are really versatile and can be cooked as is, or broken down or sliced into individual pieces. Roasting in the oven is the most traditional cooking method but are also popularly used in Hainanese Chicken, Iberian Chicken and our grilled chicken recipes.
